This privacy notice of spliti.sk (hereinafter referred to as “Spliti”) belonging to Space_Code s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Spacecode”) will provide you with information about how we collect, store, use, disclose and transfer (hereinafter referred to as “process”) your personal data. The personal data we collect about you depends on the context of your communications with us, the products, services and tools you use, as well as your location and the applicable law.
Spliti may at any time cease operation of all or part of a website belonging to Spacecode. Due to the nature of the Internet and computer systems, Spacecode cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the Spliti website.
Processing of personal data
When you visit our website, we process information that you have actively and voluntarily provided about yourself in order to contact us, which includes categories of personal data such as your name, email address and information provided as part of a support request, survey or comment.
We process your personal data for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling your requests and instructions or contacting you with information and offers about our products and services and sending you other marketing information.
In order to contact Spliti using the form provided for this purpose, a user name, a valid email address and a comment in the form are required for the purpose of providing the service. When accessing and using the Spliti website, the user must not:
- violate the ethical principles by using and contacting Spliti using the form provided for this purpose;
- violate intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights,
- send advertising or unsolicited e-mails (“spam”) or false alerts about viruses, glitches or similar material, or solicit participation in lotteries, ball systems, chain letters, pyramid games, etc.
